STRESS!
Oh, did I already say that lol... Well, it's true.
The new place is.... OK. I mean, it's nice. It's just that the master bedroom is all shaped weird and we can't fit our furniture right. I HATE THAT. There's room for the bed, with ONE night table next to it... but the other night table won't fit bc of the closet door and bc the wall is at an angle... and our long dresser has to go against the angled wall... it's just AKWARD and whoever laid the floorplan this way must have been SMOKING CRACK. It has some nice stuff... fireplace with a mantel which is cool... nice bay window... in fact lots of windows... decent closet space.... a garage so I can't bitch about parking ever again, although once we get 2 cars and have to park behind each other it will suck since it's long enough for 2 cars but only wide enough for one...
Kyla is chillin. I have been SO TIRED and stressed lately I feel guilty that she has had to sit in a car seat, or in a stroller, or in a portacrib... Right now she is cool though. We played on the floor in the new place today while we were waiting for the movers.... she was rolling around EVERYWHERE. And we've had king size beds in our hotel rooms so she likes to play on the bed. Her tooth is totally coming in which is SO cute!!
Well that's about all for now. I haven't been paying much attention to anything other than MOVING and all the stress that goes along with it. TK went out to Food Lion to get some grub because I just don't feel like eating out AGAIN. It's so tiring with a baby.
Yes, Food Lion. No Publix :( Just when I got use to Publix instead of Star Market in MA... I have to learn the Food Lion way of life.... It's always fun to check out the different places in an area... There are 3 Targets around here which is definitely good... and of course WalMart... and SHONEY'S.... what is it about the Shoney's? I have eaten at a Shoney's once when I was in Virginia Beach on vaca a long time ago.... but Shoney's is like THE THING in "the South"... yup, even though I moved farther north than where I was - I'm now living in "the South". And you know you are in the Bible Belt when there are Pro-Life billboards on the highway and like 5 gospel channels on the radio :)
Kyla is getting fussy.... gotta go.

Dana.....I am so glad that you guys got there safely, your new place sounds nice other then your bedroom. Shoneys is a great place for breakfast, try it. When I lived in Va. we had a Food Lion...I think it is better then Publix. All those things you are talking about is bringing back memories!!........Happy unpacking.LOL
I don't think I'm alone in saying it... WE WANNA SEE PICTURES! Especially of the new 'do. :) Glad to hear you had a good trip up, and hopefully things will start coming together well. Have you met some nice people? I hear there's nothing quite like Southern Hospitality. It's gotta be better than the spit on my shoes I got from Boston people when I mentioned I was from NY. :)
