His publicist (sister) is the one who broke the news, so I think that the pregnancy is legit. She did not say how far along Katie is though.
Don't people usually wait until the first trimester is over before announcing pregnancies?
Ok, now that I've gotten over the whole ICK factor of it all ... the timing of this whole thing is really interesting considering both their movies are coming out on DVD in the next few weeks and the birth is just in time for the release of MI3
I think thats why we haven't seen them in the press lately. They found out they were preggers and he's had her laying down with her feet up for a few months...Tom DOES believe in epidurals right?
to insinuate that they planned the pregnancy around DVD releases is just absurd. people are going to criticize no matter what they do. if they would have announced the pregnancy before she was showing everyone would say "they are so stupid no one announces before the 2nd trimester." so, they keep their great news between them and their families and now people have to say "oh it's because they have a DVD coming out" how long do they have to be together before i can quit reading all of these riduculous accusations that they are just scamming the world? last time i checked tom cruise didn't need help selling tickets to his films.
I have to agree with r. ...And shell has some very valid points.It's crazy how emotional people get over these relationships and pregnancies. All the HATE directed towards Britney's baby and Katie's pregnancy is amazing!Everyone loves the Dirt or they wouldn't be here. Speculation and gossip are FUN! The snarky comments make it spicy, love those!But... Some of these remarks make people look bitter and angry and maybe a whole lot jealous?Hmmm....JMO

queen elizabeth, that photo is clearly photoshopped. there is a black line that was added to the side of her belly and the belly button was airbrushed in. you can see the same picture on other sites and it looks nothing like that.
Uhh, I am 5'11" and when I got pregnant with my first, I was 130 pounds. I looked like Katie's pic of her in the white sweater when I was 2.5 months along (and that was from having *flat* abs). It ALL depends on the tilts of your uterus, the strength of the muscles, etc....Who knows HOW far along she is. They whole "I will be a virgin until I am married" blows their credibility completely out of the water.. to seal the deal after Tom's schizoid rants.Ick.
